The Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA) is a nonprofit organization devoted to promoting a greater appreciation of Indian cinema by showcasing films about India and the diverse perspectives of the Indian Diaspora. The festival will run from April 22-27, 2008 at ArcLight Hollywood, a state-of-the-art facility located in the heart of Los Angeles. Jury and Audience Choice Prizes will be awarded for Best Feature, Documentary and Short film.

The reception party for the Opening Night Gala is at the Cabana Club located at 1439, Ivar Avenue, Hollywood, CA 90028, walking distance from ArcLight Hollywood. The Grand Finale party of the Closing Night Gala is at the ML Hollywood located at 6757 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028. Shuttle will be provided. Both Gala venues are 21+ locations.
Madhuri Dixit Tribute
The Madhuri Dixit Tribute is on Friday, April 25 at 7:30pm.
It includes a moderated discussion with Tribute Honoree Madhuri Dixit (about 40 minutes) followed by the screening of THE DEATH SENTENCE (Mrityudand).. The second film of the Tribute is MY HEART IS CRAZY (Dil To Pagal Hai) on Saturday, April 26 at noon. This is a regular screening.
